American Diabetes Association recognizes "Jackfruit365" - An Indian patented green jackfruit flour brand

Green jackfruit flour proved to be good for people with type-2 diabetes. The findings of the study were published in ADA journal, Diabetes.

Jackfruit is one of the mainstream fruits of our country and can be found in each and every household in India. It is sinewy, crunchy and can be enjoyed in several ways. While some lean toward utilizing the raw form of it as vegetable, others appreciate it ready, sweet and luscious. 

Have you ever heard about jackfruit flour? It is made out of green unripe jackfruits. This flour has no sweet taste or solid smell of the natural fruit. In addition, the flavor along with low carbs and calorie content make this flour more beneficial for every day utilization. Roti, idli, dosa and so forth can be prepared with jackfruit flour.

Recently, American Diabetes Organisation (ADA) recognized "Jackfruit365" - Indian patented green jackfruit flour brand for its characteristics in diabetes management. This flour brand was developed by James Joseph. The flour brand went through a clinical trial, which checked its impact on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients and the findings were distributed in ADA Journal, Diabetes.

The trial was performed on 40 patients, comprising 24 men and 16 women, who were suffering from Type 2 Diabetes. The tests were administered under a controlled environment and it examined the effects of 30 gram, Jackfruit365 flour on the patients suffering from type-2 diabetes. The dose was induced through a patient meal.

Toward the finish of the trial, it was discovered that patients who included green jackfruit flour in their diet experienced diminished glycated hemoglobin. Glycated hemoglobin is a type of hemoglobin that has a connection to glucose levels in your body. Even the fasting and postprandial plasma glucose levels indicated comparative improvements in those individuals. Previously, University of Sydney underwent through a study in the year 2016, that proved the perks of including jackfruit flour into one's diet and its benefits in the management of diabetes.
