Government of Rajasthan is going to undertake a survey for the assessment of crops to check the degree of harm caused during the hailstorm, ice and cold wave during the recent times.

The Department of Revenue has gotten reports of rabi crops being demolished in the districts of Alwar, Kota, Nagaur and Bundi during January 2 and 4, 2021.

According to the guidelines of Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Ashok Gehlot, the authority will dispense horticultural assistance to the farmers whose 33 percent or more produce have been harmed.

Anand Kumar, Principal Secretary of Revenue and Disaster Management said that slight drizzle to moderate rains along with hailstorm were expected at the deserted spots in Kota and Bharatpur areas and in Jaipur division during the following couple of days. He requested that the farmers avoid potential risk to secure their rabi crops.

The minimal temperature in the state of Rajasthan is probably going to diminish by 2 to 4 degrees Celsius from Sunday.
