Lemon is one of the most important sources of Vitamin C, one of the most important vitamins for the human body. In addition to vitamin C, it is rich in B complex vitamins and flavonoids.

Researchers have found that the use of lemon juice can effectively combat noise and fever. Applying lemon juice is good for tonsillitis. In folk medicine, it is said that drinking lemon juice mixed with honey is good for colds. Even today, Indians are reluctant to cultivate lemons which have so many benefits.

There are many farmers in India today who cultivate and reap huge profits from it. Even if it is not grown commercially, everyone in the house should plant lemons to get at least one lemon for their daily use.

The main lemons found in India are Genoa, sweet lemon, Lisbon, pomelo, etc.  But many people say that even after planting lemons, they do not yield. With a little care, any unripe lemon will bear fruit. The most important of these is to choose good fertile soil and a place where sunlight is available. We can reap the benefits of this method of cultivation without any major investment.

Tips to grow lots of lemons

  • The manure should be added as a base at the time of planting. Adding only dung will never get the result you intended.

  • Lemons give good yields if they are well nitrogen and phosphorus.

  • Never cultivate lemon as an intercrop between other plants.

  • The most important thing is that it needs good sunlight. It does not require the excessive application of pesticides. Care should be taken to water the bed at least twice during the summer. No need for excessive wetting for this.

  • Likewise pruning after fruiting is important in lime.

  • Unhealthy stalks and stems with lime should be removed. From the new stalk comes the lemon.

  • The use of bone meal and potash is excellent for accelerating the growth of lime.

  • The soil around it should be well-drained to allow it to take root properly.

  • The most common of these is the attack of butterfly worms.

  • The neem garlic mixture is best to prevent this. This mixture is also an effective method for curling its leaves.

How to fertilize the lemon plant in the blooming stage?

The main requirement for the preparation of this mixture is ash, cow dung, and bone meal. Take a cup of green cow dung, a cup of ash, and half a cup of bone meal in a bucket. Add two and a half cups of water and mix well. For small lemons, add four liters of water.

Then mix the soil around the hell well and dig a trench. Pour the mixture you have prepared into this basin and cover it with topsoil. Then moisten the top a little. Doing so will give good results from the lemon. This application can be done on all types of lemon.
