Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said on Sunday that scientists' new research in the field of animal husbandry, particularly in the field of developing new buffalo varieties, will assist livestock producers and farmers throughout the nation. In Hisar, the Chief Minister was speaking during a news conference.

According to Khattar, scientists have conducted large-scale research on cloning and raising milk output in the previous 6-7 years and have been successful. He stated that the government has urged scientists to conduct this experiment outside of the lab so that the general public, particularly livestock producers, may profit from the large amount of milk produced by the buffaloes.

In response to a question, the CM stated that Soil Health Cards had been created for the state's 86 lakh farmers' land.

On this card, parameters are listed, and farmers are told in detail which crop to grow on which plot of land for the best results.

In response to another question on the construction of a runway at Hisar airport, Khattar stated that the runway construction work will be completed shortly. The flight schedule will be provided after that. The airport will shortly begin pilot training, aeronautics projects, and defence projects. He stated that a decision will be made when a feasibility study of the airport elevated road is conducted.

In response to another question, Khattar stated that there is no 3% quota for sportsmen in the Category A to C category. The government's Padak Lao, Padd Pao initiative also allows players to gain additional jobs.

He explained that there had been some concerns about the gradation certificate in the D group, therefore in order to address them, it was decided to provide jobs based on achievements. Medical colleges are being created in every area, he added, in order to give greater health advantages to the people.

This year, the opening of four medical colleges was also announced. Panchkula, Fatehabad, Charki Dadri, and Palwal are among them. He said that MBBS students are now required to accept bonds in government positions.

Meanwhile, the CM today announced numerous development projects for the Nalwa assembly seat totaling crores of rupees. Deputy Speaker Ranbir Gangwa's varied demands were approved during the 17th Annual Mahotsav and Gau-Bhagwat Katha ceremony held at Sh. Balaji Gaushala in village Mangali.
