Shubhabrata Saha, Former Mahindra Tractor Head Joins MCF as Managing Director

MCF said, "Shubhabrata was related with the Mahindra Group since 2001 where he worked as a leader. His latest being Chief Executive Officer at Farm Division - Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd, where he drove the country's biggest tractor producer until Aug 2021," MCF said in the recording.

Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers (MCF) has appointed Shubhabrata Saha as its MD (Managing Director) for 5 years. It must be noted that MCF is a subsidiary of Zuari Agro Chemicals, an Adventz group firm that holds 53.03 percent equity shares.

According to MCF, "Shubhabrata has been associated with the Mahindra Group since 2001, where he stood firm on a broad range of authority. His most recent position was Chief Executive Officer of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd's Farm Division, where he drove the country's largest tractor manufacturer until August 2021."

Saha joined Mahindra's work tractor business in 2015 to lead its industry, divert, and administration capacities, and climbed through the ranks to become the COO and, from there, the CEO.

He was previously the Business Head for the Spares Business Unit, somewhere between 2012 and 2015. By aggregating the activities of the extra parts of Mahindra gathering's entire business, he assisted in the alteration of the business. He was the CEO of Mahindra First Choice Wheels between 2008 and 2012, and he helped expand the multi-brand utilized vehicle organization through both physical and electronic mediums.

Shubhabrata's first position with M&M was as Head of Sales and Marketing (Spare Business Business) from August 2001 to October 2008, when he played a key role in establishing a start-to-finish critical specialty unit. He also streamlined and integrated the independent Automotive and Farming businesses, saving supply chains, coordination, and IT frameworks and cycles to create a more cost-effective, linked working structure.

He had worked for Cummins India, Exxon Mobil, and Allied Domecq Spirits & Wine before joining the Mahindra Group. In 1992, he started working at Blowplast.
