Changes In Rules of SBI’s IMPS Rules
The State Bank of India (SBI) is the country's largest lender. On IMPS up to Rs 2 lakh, the State Bank would no longer levy any fees. Similarly, following the RBI's decision to increase the IMPS limit to Rs 5 lakh, the bank has increased the IMPS limit to Rs 5 lakh.
State Bank, on the other hand, has stated that customers who use internet banking/banking will not be able to do so. The customer will not charge you a fee if you make IMPS up to Rs 5 lakh through a digital channel such as mobile banking (including YONO SBI).
IMPS via Branch will be Costly
According to a State Bank of India, if a person makes IMPS through a banking channel, the fee that has already been issued to that person will be preserved. Yes, and there would be no fee on IMPS up to Rs 1,000 from the bank's branch, according to this.
IMPS between Rs 1,000 and Rs 10,000 will be charged Rs 2 + GST, IMPs between Rs 10,000 and Rs 1 lakh will be charged Rs 4 + GST, and IMPs between Rs 1 lakh and Rs 2 lakh will be charged Rs 12 + GST, as before. Let us inform you that a new slab has been added, ranging from Rs 2 lakh to Rs 5 lakh. This slab requires a payment of Rs 20 + GST.
