The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued an employment notice for 187 positions, including Assistant Engineer and other positions. Interested candidates should apply online at upsc.gov.in, the UPSC's official website. The deadline for applications is January 14, 2022.

Vacancies In UPSC Recruitment 2022

  • Assistant Commissioner: 2 Vacancies

  • Assistant Engineer Quality Assurance: 157 Vacancies

  • Junior Time Scale (JTS): 17 Vacancies

  • Administrative Officer: 9 Posts

  • Assistant Professor: 2 Post

Eligibility Criteria for UPSC Recruitment 2022

Assistant Commissioner:

A Master's Degree in Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Extension, Agronomy, Entomology, Nematology, Genetics and Plant Breeding, Agriculture Botany, Plant Biotechnology, Plant Pathology, Plant Physiology, Seed Science and Technology, Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry, or a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering from a recognized university or institute is required.

Assistant Engineer Quality Assurance:

Candidate must hold a Master's degree in science from a recognized university in one of the following subjects: physics, chemistry (inorganic), or chemistry (organic).

Junior Time Scale (JTS):

A degree from a recognised university is required, as well as a diploma in social work, labour welfare, industrial relations, personnel management, or labour law from a recognised university or institution.

Administrative Officer:

A Bachelor's degree from a recognised university is required of the candidate.

Professor's Assistant:

Ayurveda Medicine Degree from a University established by law, or a statutory board/ faculty/ examining body in Indian Medicine, or equivalent as recognised under the Indian Medicine Central Council Act 1970.

UPSC Recruitment 2022: Application Fee

Candidates must pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty-five) only, either in cash or by using the SBI's net banking facility or by using a visa/master credit/debit card. There is no cost for candidates from any community who are SC/ST/PWD/Women. Male Gen/OBC/EWS applicants are not eligible for a "fee exemption," and must pay the entire authorised charge.
