Additionally, her Sustainable Capitalism Certificate from Berkeley Law Executive Education showcases her dedication to sustainable practices in the business realm.

Fred Lynch, the interim CEO, expressed his confidence in Doyle's appointment, stating, "It was evident that Clare possessed the business and technical skills, strategic vision, and leadership talent to guide Verdesian to the next level of performance across all functions." Lynch will assume the position of Verdesian Board Chairman upon this transition, ensuring a smooth handover of responsibilities.
