Big News: Government Launches Atal Bhujbal Yojana

As the village water conservation plans need to be prepared with the involvement of citizens under Atal Bhujal Yojana , the water literacy program should be carried out on a wide scale with the assistance of all agencies, the Atal Bhujal Yojana shoul should also be effectively enforced by public participation, appealed the Director of Ground Water Survey and Development Agency, Dr. Mallinath Kalashetti.

As the village water conservation plans need to be prepared with the involvement of citizens under Atal Bhujal Yojana , the water literacy program should be carried out on a wide scale with the assistance of all agencies, the Atal Bhujal Yojana shoul should also be effectively enforced by public participation, appealed the Director of Ground Water Survey and Development Agency, Dr. Mallinath Kalashetti. 

On the occasion of the inauguration of three days of capacity-building training for district-level officers under Alai Bhujal Yojana, Dr. Mallinath Kalashetti spoke at the Mitra Training Institute on Nashik Road. 

Anand Pusavale, Senior Geologist Dr. Chandrakant Bhoyar, Jeevan Bedwal, former CEO and Pani Foundation guide Namdev Nanavare, Director of Mitra Training Institute Devendra Landage, Director of Water Literacy Cent at Yashada Pune, were present. 

For the next four years, the centrally funded Atal Bhujal Yojana will be launched in 1,443 villages in 38 talukas in 13 state districts. Water protection measures should be planned for this with the assistance of different organisations, women's self-help societies, the National Service Program, the Nehru Youth Centre, the water workers' water literacy center and with the involvement of citizens, Director Mr. Kalshetti said. 

At the present, Pusavale explained how the Water Literacy Center's named water heroes, water fighters, water enthusiasts, envoys, water workers and water workers could engage in the Atal Bhujal Yojana. He also offered advice on water awareness and government department engagement.
