Jharkhand Initiates Probe into Alleged Misuse of Farmers' Aadhaar Cards for Micro-Irrigation Scheme
The Jharkhand government has taken swift action to investigate the alleged misuse of farmers' Aadhaar cards in parts of the state. The issue came to light when farmers from various blocks reported that their Aadhaar cards had been misused or that they were unknowingly enrolled in the Centre's micro-irrigation scheme called "Per Drop More Crops."

The primary objective was to sensitize local youths about Mission LiFE and the importance of preserving wetlands.

The Sagar Parikrama Phase VII, a joint initiative by the Department of Fisheries, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Government of India, and the National Fisheries Development Board, in collaboration with the Department of Fisheries of the Government of Kerala and Government of Puducherry, the Indian Coast Guard, and fishermen representatives, is currently underway.
