Institute of Pesticide Formulation Technology (IPFT), an autonomous institution under the Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Govt. of India has been working towards the development of safer, efficient and environment-friendly pesticide formulations. An initiative under the “Make in India” program, the IPFT handles the domestic production of urea and NPK fertilizers.
