FICCI is organizing a series of programs that is part of “Enterprise Northeast” that is being conducted virtually for entrepreneurs and students of six different states of the Northeast region. One of these programs that is being organized is a webinar on the theme “Entrepreneurship Potential and Role of Start-ups in a growing economy”, focusing the state of Meghalaya. It will be on 25 January 2022 in virtual mode.
Why to Attend?
-
As you are aware, Meghalaya and Northeast India has gone through an immense transformation in its social and economic activities post-COVID 19 pandemics and apart from general trade and commerce, the sector that has been majorly impacted is the MSME sector.
-
Economic activities in Meghalaya have been primarily driven by entrepreneurs and MSMEs who realise the immense potential the state has in its resources and market. Now gradually as we unlock ourselves from lockdowns and trade restrictions, it is also important to connect with entrepreneurs & other business enthusiasts to understand their needs & abilities & also make them aware of various government initiatives which can help them in growing their businesses across different sectors of the economy.
-
As our economy is opening again to innovations and new business ideas gradually, a new generation of budding entrepreneurs and start-ups are gearing up to venture out in the market and drive it forward. And as they do so, any scepticism and doubt that they might have must be addressed regularly through such programs.
