Agricultural and Rural Labourers July 2023 Full List of All-India Consumer Price Index (CPI) Table
The All-India Consumer Price Index (CPI) Number for Agricultural Labourers and Rural Labourers (with a base year of 1986-87=100) experienced a simultaneous increase of 19 points each, resulting in values of 1215 and 1226 points for Agricultural Labourers and Rural Labourers, respectively.

Lapse In Amrit Sarovar Mission for Water Conservation, Know How Agriculture Will be Affected
Eight major states in the country are lagging behind in achieving the target of constructing 75 Amrit Sarovars in each district of the respective state. Out of 1,12,277 identified Amrit Sarovars, the work has been started for 81,425 Amrit Sarovars, and a total of 66,278 Amrit Sarovars have been successfully constructed/rejuvenated. However, West Bengal, Punjab, Telangana, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Haryana, Bihar, and Rajasthan are yet to meet their targets.

Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation, Amit Shah, planted the 4 Croreth tree under the ‘All-India Tree Plantation Campaign’ of the Ministry of Home Affairs at the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Group Center in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, on August 18, 2023. During the campaign, Amit Shah addressed the 'All India Tree Plantation Campaign' as a Maha Kumbh of environmental protection. He said that environmental protection is possible only by planting trees because a tree planted today will provide oxygen to many future generations.
