Rashtriya Gokul Mission: A Comprehensive Approach to Bovine Breed Development and Conservation
The Rashtriya Gokul Mission has achieved significant achievements in promoting the development and protection of indigenous bovine breeds through its Nationwide Artificial Insemination Programme. To date, the initiative has covered 6.21 crore animals and done 7.96 crore artificial inseminations, benefiting 4.118 crore farmers across the country.
