  • Pilots Asked to Be Careful After Locust Swarms Seen Near Delhi Airport

    Delhi Air Traffic Control (ATC) today asked pilots of all airlines to take necessary precautions during take-off and landing of aircraft after locust swarms were seen near the airport in areas along the Gurugram-Dwarka Expressway. A team has been constituted to check the situation. A senior ATC official told ANI that "Pilots of all airlines have been warned after locust were spotted near the airport, we have also set up a team to monitor the situation".

The results were announced by the Uttar Pradesh Deputy CM Dinesh Sharma who told that the results this year are better than the previous year.     Narendra Singh Tomar, Union Agriculture Minister today slammed the Congress-led government in Punjab for trying to ‘mislead’ growers over the issue of ordinances related to farming sector. Reiterating that the MSP (minimum support price) regime would continue to stay, Tomar said after the implementation of these ordinances, the cultivators’ income will grow.
