  • Bayer CropScience Limited reports Q1 Results for FY 2023-24

    Bayer CropScience Limited announced today its unaudited results for the first quarter (Q1) of the Financial Year (FY) 2023-24. For Q1 ended June 30, 2023, the Company registered Revenue from Operations of Rs 17,396 million, compared to Rs 16,674 million in the corresponding period of FY 2022-23. Profit Before Tax for the quarter stood at Rs 4,061 million, compared to Rs 3,823 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

  • Paytm CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma Owns Maximum Shares In Company

    Paytm CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma will be acquiring a 10.30% stake from Antfin (Netherlands) Holding BV in One97 Communications through an off-market transfer in a no-cash deal. As per the deal, Sharma will be purchasing a 10.3% shareholding in Paytm from Antfin through his 100%-owned overseas entity, Resilient Asset Management BV. He already had a stake of about 9% in the company. After the deal, he will be the largest shareholder in the company, with a total stake of 19.42%.
