  • SBI revise charges for cash withdrawals from 1st July 2021

    The State bank of India, revised service charges for the cash withdrawals from its Bank Branches & ATM’s. The new charges apply to the cheque book, transfer and other non-financial transactions. These new charges will come into effect from 1st July, 2021, and it will be applicable for Basic Savings Bank Deposit account holders.

  • Supreme court orders states to provide “One Nation, One Ration” Scheme for migrant workers

    The Supreme Court said “One Nation, One Ration” Scheme for the migrant workers must implemented by all states by 31st July 2021. This order has been passed in suo motu case concerning the welfare of migrant workers amid Covid-19 pandemic.

     

  • Punjab government extends the Covid restrictions till 10th July

    The Chief Minister of Punjab Amarinder Singh ordered an extension of Covid restrictions till 10th July 2021, along with certain relaxations, including opening of pubs, bars and “ahatas” at 50% capacity from 1st July 2021.
