IMD: South Indian States To Receive Above Normal Rainfall In November
The India Meteorological Department has said that several south Indian states, including, Kerala might receive above-normal rainfall in the month of November. The weather department has said that the rainfall over the coastal Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Puducherry & south interior Karnataka would receive the above normal rainfall over 122% of its long period average in the month of November this year.

Delhi Government Urges Centre To Stop Stubble Burning
On 3rd November (Wednesday), The Environment Minister of the National Capital Gopal Rai urged the Centre to issue an advisory to the government of Punjab, Haryana & Uttar Pradesh to stop the stubble burning on the auspicious occasion of Diwali so that the people can breathe easy after the festival. He also said that Delhi’s air quality a day before Diwali was the best in 5 years.

Indian Oil Corporation Set Up 10,000 EV Charging Stations
Indian Oil will be setting up 10,000 EV charging stations in the next 3 years. Indian Oil Corporation will be targeting the developing electric vehicle ecosystem in the country. Currently, it is into the production & distribution of fuels with such as Diesel, Petrol, LPG, etc. “SM Vaidya, Chairman of the Indian Oil Corporation said that ”We will be setting up 10,000 EV Charging Stations in the next 3 years”.
