  • Delhi and other 4 states likely to receive rainfall around 10th July

    According to the India Meteorological Department the southwest monsoon will advance over the remaining parts of West Uttar Pradesh, and some parts of Delhi, Haryana, Punjab & Rajasthan around 10th July.

  • Bangladesh PM to send 2,600kgs of Mangoes to PM Modi & CM Mamata Banerjee

    The Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina sent 2,600 kgs of Haribhanga variety of mangoes, which is grown in Bangladesh’s Rangpur district as a gift to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.

  • DMRC launches India’s first UPI based cashless parking in Delhi

    On 6th July Tuesday, the Delhi Metro launched FAStag/UPI based cashless parking facility at Kashmere Gate Metro Station, Delhi by Dr. Mangu Singh, MD, DMRC. The Multi Model Integration initiative dedicated Intermediate Public Transport lanes for taxi, auto & e-rikshaws were also inaugurated at the station.

  • CBSE declares new scheme for class 10th & 12 for 2021-22

    On 5th July Monday, The Central Board of Secondary Education informed that the academic session of 2021 to 2022 of class 10th & 12th will be divided into two terms with approx. 50% syllabus in each term. The board exam syllabus for the year 2021 to 2022 will be rationalized similar to last academic session to be notified in July 2021.

     

  • Delhi and other states yet to implement ONORC soon

    The Union food secretary Sudhanshu Pandey on Monday 5th July said that the One Nation, One Ration platform will be available across the country very soon. States like Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Assam and West Bengal are yet to implement the ONORC, which allows the mobility of in-kind benefits, such food subsidy.

     

  • Varanasi: To export mangoes & vegetables to Europe & Middle Eastern

    According to Commerce Ministry, Despite the Covid outbreak, for the very first time Varanasi and its nearby area reached out to Europe & Middle Eastern countries to export mangoes & vegetables.
