Tuber crops

Vegetables that resemble tubes are sweet potatoes and cassava. They may be harvested later than other vegetables since they are planted underground—even after the first or second frost. They are inexpensive, simple to raise, and loaded with starch. This starch decomposes into glucose, which the body may use to burn off energy. Additionally, a sweet potato with butter is delicious!
