Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Narendra Singh Tomar in Rajya Sabha said that Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is a continuous and ongoing government scheme in which the financial benefits are transferred directly in to the bank accounts of identified beneficiaries as and when their verified data is uploaded by the concerned States or Union Territories on PM-Kisan official website.
He added that the data of farmer beneficiaries so uploaded by them goes through a multi-level verification and validation by different agencies, including banks. Only after that the amount is released into the bank accounts of PM-Kisan beneficiaries.
Few days back, the government had informed that there are no proposals to increase the money given to farmers under PM-Kisan Yojana. It also said that the next installment of PM-Kisan would be released very soon.

PM Kisan Installment Update
As per sources, the government could release the next installment under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana next week. The amount could be released before or after Holi.
