PM Kisan Latest News: The Government is preparing to send the 11th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana hence make sure you have submitted all the necessary documents. To prevent fraud or scams in the scheme, the government has made some changes.
Now ration card has been made mandatory for all the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Only after receiving the ration card number, the husband or wife or any one member of that family will be able to get the benefit of PM Kisan yojana. Those who have already registered themselves must submit the document as early as possible while the new farmers will have to submit it during registration.
Apart from this, a soft copy of the document will have to be uploaded on the portal. Remember that without ration card, the next installment will not come in your bank account.
Mandatory/Essential Documents for PM Kisan Registration
If you register for the first time under the scheme, then the applicant will have to upload the ration card number.
Besides, he or she will have to upload a PDF file of the same. Now farmers need not have to submit the hard copies of Aadhar Card, Bank Passbook, Land records, etc. instead a PDF file of the documents will have to be created and uploaded on the website. This will reduce the fraud in the scheme. Also, the registration will be easier than before. Let me tell you that in the past few months, many scams have been reported under the scheme.
11 Installment Date
PM Kisan 10th installment was released in first week of January hence it is being estimated that the 11th might be transferred to the farmers' account in the first week of April. Hence before that farmers must submit the ration card details.
Government provides Rs 6000 annually to farmers
Under PM Kisan yojana, crores of farmers across the country get Rs. 6000 annually. The government transfers this amount directly in to the account of farmers. If you are also a farmer but haven’t registered for the scheme, then there do not worry. You can easily register/enroll yourself through PM Kisan website or CSC centres.
