Under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, all farmers in the country, are eligible to apply in the country, irrespective of their landholding size.
If someone files income tax return then he is kept out of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi.
If the land is not registered under his /her name, then that person is not eligible for this scheme, even if it is their Father/ grandfather’s land.
