High-End Workshop on Non-Thermal Food Processing Technologies for Preservation and Quality Enhancement will be organized by the National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM) from 13-19 December 2021 in virtual mode.
The objective of the Workshop:
The fundamental objective of this workshop is to explain the status of non-thermal processing techniques in food processing industries and their recent developments for ensuring food safety and quality to the participants.
Target Participants:
Master (2nd year) and Ph.D. students (1st year) of 'Food Engineering and related streams from any Indian college and University are eligible to participate in the program.

There is no registration fee for this workshop.

The participants are requested to submit an endorsement letter from their Head of the Department indicating their enrollment with the Institute along with a brief statement of purpose for attending this workshop.

As per SERB Guideline, 25 participants will be shortlisted for attending this workshop.
