How to Make Egg Biryani

  • Boil 4-5 eggs.

  • Now break 2 eggs into the pan & scramble.

  • Put drained rice into it and fry for 2 minutes.

  • Fry the boiled eggs, put them in the pan and add some water.

  • Cover & cook till the rice is half done.

  • Add egg masala or biryani masala and some lemon juice and mix gently.

  • Now cover & cook till all the water dissolves and the rice is done.

  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
