How to use and store Coconut Oil

Coconut oil has a very high melting point i.e. about 24 - 25 degrees Celsius. Thus, it is solid at room temperature and melts only when the temperature increases significantly. It is often in this form and should not be kept in refrigerator.

If you are using it for hair then just melt the oil by keeping the jar or bottle in the sun or soaking it in hot water.

You can also use coconut oil for cooking your favorite dishes. It is the best replacement of butter or vegetable oil.
