Position 1: Young Professional-I
Qualifications

Essential: Degree in Agriculture, Statistics, Agri-business Management, or related fields from a recognized university.

Desirable: 2-3 years of experience, proficiency in computer operations, Microsoft Office, internet usage, and strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Operational knowledge in statistical packages for data analysis and database management, and a diploma or certificate in MS Office is preferred.

Manage daily operations of the project coordination unit.

Update AICRP databases and prepare staff salaries.

Allocate contingencies and handle correspondence with AICRP centers.

Assist in report preparation, file management, and data compilation.

Support the PC in conducting annual group meetings.

Position 2: Young Professional-I
Qualifications

Essential: Degree in Agriculture or Statistics from a recognized university.

Desirable: 2-3 years of experience, knowledge of statistical packages (including R), database management, web designing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Good communication skills in English and Hindi are essential.

Qualifications

Essential: Degree in Agriculture, Diploma in Agriculture, Polytechnic in Agriculture, or a three-year undergraduate degree from a recognized university.

Desirable: 3-5 years of experience in agriculture fieldwork, data collection, trial and nursery management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Oversee trials and nurseries, manage seed inventory, and dispatch trials to AICRP centers.

Monitor trial data receipt, maintain test entry database, and manage assets.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the PC.
