Qualifications and Eligibility

Graduation from a recognized University/ Institute.

Note: This role is not an employment or contract position with Union Bank of India. Apprentices will not be considered Bank employees and will not be eligible for employee benefits.

Age Limit: Candidates must be between 20 and 28 years old as of August 1, 2024 (born between August 2, 1996, and August 1, 2004). Age relaxations apply for SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories according to Government of India guidelines.

Tenure: The apprenticeship lasts one year, during which the apprentice will receive on-the-job training in various banking practices, products, and processes.

Monthly Remuneration

Rs. 15,000/-

Selection Procedure

Candidate will be selected on the basis of :

Online Test: The online test, lasting 60 minutes, will feature four sections: General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, and Computer Knowledge, with 25 questions in each section.
Final Selection will depend on meeting the cutoff marks, satisfactory document verification, proof of local language knowledge, and medical fitness certification.

Pay the non-refundable examination fee online; General/OBC: Rs. 800 + GST; Females: Rs. 600 + GST; SC/ST: Rs. 600 + GST; PWBD: Rs. 400 + GST. receipts will be emailed.
