Qualifications and Eligibility
Senior Level Consultant:
-
MBA or a degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, or a related field, along with strong writing and communication skills. Knowledge of database management is essential.

2-4 years of experience in Natural Resources Management, Financing, Value Chain Management, or Agri-Marketing projects/studies.

Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel, as well as strong analytical skills, is required.
Middle Level Consultants:

MBA or a bachelor's degree, preferably in Agriculture, Agri-Business, or a related field, with 1-4 years of experience in Natural Resources Management, Financing, Value Chain Management, or Agri-Marketing.

Experience in field monitoring and evaluation of NRM or tribal development projects is essential. Candidates must have knowledge of database management and proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
Enumerators:

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university and at least 1-2 years of experience in Natural Resources Management, Financing, Value Chain Management, or Agri-Marketing.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint is required, along with the ability to use mobile apps for data collection.

Additionally, candidates must be physically fit for traveling to rugged sites.
Age limit: Senior and Middle Level Consultants should be between 24 and 61 years old, while Enumerators should be between 24 and 50 years old.
Tenure: Candidates will be hired for an initial one-year term, extendable based on performance and project needs. The first three months serve as a probation period, during which NABCONS can terminate the contract without notice. After the probation period, either party can terminate the contract with a three-month notice, per NABCONS policy.
Monthly Remuneration

Senior Level Consultant: Rs. 70,000/- PM

Middle Level Consultants: Rs. 55,000/- PM

Enumerators: Rs. 35,000/- PM
