Kakdwip Research Centre, ICAR- Central Institute of Brackishwater Aquaculture (CIBA) is inviting candidates for offline interview for the position of Young Professional II at Kakdwip, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal-743347 under the PMMSY-funded project entitled “National Surveillance Programme for Aquatic Animal Diseases- II (PMSSY-II)” purely on contractual basis. Qualifications and Eligibility

Bachelor of Fisheries Science (B.F.Sc.)/Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) in fields such as Fisheries Science/ Zoology/Industrial Fisheries/Marine Biology/ Microbiology, or Biotechnology.
Working experience in managing fish and shellfish diseases.
Proven experience in the fields of Microbiology and Molecular Biology, as evidenced by relevant publications.
Strong foundational knowledge in biological sciences and practical experience in both disease management and advanced microbiological techniques.

Age limit: The candidate must be between the age group of 21 years to 45 years.

Monthly Remuneration

Rs. 42,000/-

Selection Procedure

Final selection will be based on the qualification, eligibility and the performance in the interview.
