Chaudhary Charan Singh National Institute of Agricultural Marketing (CCS NIAM) is a premier National level Institute under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare that offers Specialized Training, Research, Policy Advocacy, and Consultancy in Agricultural Marketing in India and South-East Asian countries.
CCS NIAM offers AICTE approved 2 years full-time Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (Agri-Business Management) since 2001. This program aims to train Agricultural and allied science graduates in Agri-Business areas with a focus on techno-managerial competence.
About AGROVON
C.C.S NIAM came up with a new initiative of organizing “AGROVON”, the national level B-Fest in 2017. This started with a vision of providing a platform to encourage the students from various B-Schools across the nation to compete and showcase their skills on a common platform, building a strong Industry academic interface.
Last year due to pandemic the B-fest “AGROVON 2021” was virtual even though flagship event attracted the attention of young aspiring minds from various B-Schools both at national and international level with 4500 plus registrations from enthusiastic participants out of which 70 participants from 15 B-Schools were shortlisted for the final round but this year we have achieved 6400 registrations from different B-Schools. Apart from the main theme focusing on business, several on the spot events were also organized to bring out the creativity in these managerial minds. This year we are planning to organize the B-fest “AGROVON 2022” at our campus with more enthusiasm to give corporate exposure to the young budding managers.
Every year C.C.S NIAM organizes National level B-Fest AGROVON 2K22 on 7th September and 8th September 2022.
This prestigious B-Fest will be featured by the participation of students from a plethora of reputed institutes from all over the nation in a myriad of competitions like B-plan, Case Study, Marketing Quiz, Article Writing, Photography and Rangmanch thereby providing the participants with a platform to showcase their unique skills and adept talents.
