India recorded 40,953 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, the highest single-day rise reported in 111 days, total cases reach 1, 15,55,284 as of now.
The worst impact again comes on Maharashtra, and they have issued the guidelines to follow as the state reported 25,833 covid cases; the highest recorded cases were on 11 September 2019. Punjab also issued some rules to follow like night curfew in 11 districts, shut down educational institute, put section 144 that means a gathering of 4 or more is not allowed. Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, Indore also imposed the night curfew lockdown.
