Exciting news for prospective students! Delhi University has unveiled the highly anticipated CSAS portal with a motive to offer seamless UG and PG admissions. A senior official has confirmed that the official launch has taken place today says media report. To access the portal, interested candidates can visit the university's official website at ugadmission.uod.ac.in.
Last year, Delhi University successfully implemented the CSAS portal, revolutionizing the admission process. Aspiring students were required to register and make payments through this platform to express their interest in securing admission to the prestigious university. Following the same protocol, this year's applicants must ensure that they complete their CSAS application diligently, as the university will not be releasing traditional cut-off lists.
In an exciting development, Delhi University will be adopting the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for postgraduate program admissions for the first time. Previously, around 70 DU colleges considered CUET UG scores. However, this time, the university will be granted admission based on CUET scores for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Aspiring students aiming for a spot in Delhi University must not only appear for CUET (UG)-2023 and CUET (PG)-2023 but also register on the CSAS UG and PG portal available on the university's website.
University officials are optimistic that this year's admission process will be even smoother. As per media reports, an official said that "We are fully prepared to manage admissions to UG and PG programs through CUET. We will be launching two separate portals dedicated to admissions for graduate and postgraduate programs."
With the introduction of the CSAS portal and the integration of CUET scores, Delhi University aims to streamline the admission process, ensuring a fair and efficient selection of deserving candidates. Prospective students can now look forward to an improved and user-friendly experience while pursuing their academic aspirations at one of India's premier institutions.
