Job Description
The duties of a legal assistant include attending court proceedings, preparing legal briefs, communicating with attorneys and other legal authorities, participating in arbitration proceedings, and attending other legal and quasi-legal proceedings in various courts and tribunals, among other things.
Essential Qualification:
Candidates must have a full-time B.A. L.L.B/ B. Sc. LLB/ B. Com LLB/ BBA LLB with Five years integrated programme from a Govt. recognized University / Institute of repute with a minimum of 80% marks / Equivalent CGPA.
Age Limit:
The candidate's age limit should be under 18-28 years (as of 01.02.2023).

DMRC Monthly Salary:

The pay scale range around Rs. 37000-115000/-.

The pay and benefits will be in accordance with the pay scales under the Industrial Development Act (IDA) (Industrial DA), as applicable from time to time, and other benefits, such as perks, lease/HRA, medical benefits, EPF, gratuities, and insurance, etc., will be provided as per the Corporation's current rules.
Mode of Selection:
Written exams, personal interviews, medical exams, and walk-in interviews will all be used to choose candidates. After being chosen, a candidate will be assigned to DMRC as a legal assistant.
