The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has some good news for its consumers. Recently DDA has declared an extension to the registration date for DDA Housing Scheme 2019. The purpose is to attract more applications for nearly 18,000 flats across its four categories housed in 11 residential towers.
One of the reasons for extending the online application deadline for DDA Housing Scheme 2020 would be the ongoing General Elections 2019. The registration date has been extended to June 10. However, earlier the closing date for registration under DDA Housing Scheme 2019 was 10th May 2019 i.e. today.
The DDA Housing Scheme 2019 was launched on March 25 and so far the DDA has received 18,000-20,000 registrations. This scheme is for sale of nearly 18,000 newly built flats in Delhi's Vasant Kunj and Narela residential areas.
Interestingly, 13 banks are participating in the 2019 DDA Housing Scheme and interested people can fill online applications through these banks by submitting the required fee by online method.
Consumers can visit the DDA website and register for buying a flat as per their choice in Vasant Kunj and Narela. They must fulfill the eligibility criteria by submitting their essential details.
For example: To apply for one-bedroom LIG and EWS category flats under DDA Housing Scheme 2019 consumers need to shell out Rs 1 lakh and Rs 25,000 respectively.
