The National Testing Agency or NTA has released the hall ticket/admit card for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main Exam 2019 on its official website – www.jeemain.nic.in.
The examination for admission to Undergraduate (UG) Engineering and Architecture courses – B.E., B.Tech and B.Arch will be held from 7th April 2019.
The paper-I for admission to B. Arch program is scheduled to be held on 7th April and paper-II for entrance to B.Tech or B.E courses will be held on 8th, 9th, 10th and 12th, April 2019. The exam will be of three-hour duration and will be carried out online in 2 shifts. The morning shift will commence at 9:30 am while the afternoon shift will begin at 2:30 pm.
Important things to check on the JEE Main admit card
Students must carefully check the following things on the admit card- Date of exam, time, shift, exam centre, name, date of birth, centre code, state code of eligibility & category etc in the JEE 2019 hall ticket. In anything is mentioned wrong and incorrect then the candidates may face difficulty at the time of checking and they may not be allowed to appear for the examination. Hence it is better to check everything very cautiously.
In case of any discrepancy, you must immediately contact the NTA for necessary action.
JEE Main admit card 2019: Steps to download
1st Step: Visit the official website – www.jeemain.nic.in
2nd Step: At the homepage, you need to click on the link that says ‘JEE Main April 2019 admit card’
3rd Step: Then you will be redirected to a fresh page. The page will have two options - Through Application Number & Password or Through Application Number & Date of Birth.
4th Step: Select any of the two options as per your convenience and fill the details. Then click on login.
5th Step: The admit card will be displayed on the screen.
6th Step: Finally click on the download option.

As per the official notification, students should take a print out on an A4 sized sheet only and bring it to the exam centre without fail or else entry will not be granted to them.
In case any candidate is not able to download his or her e-Admit card/hall ticket then he or she may write a letter telling about their problem at [email protected]. The applicants must note that no Admit Card will be sent via post.
