JNU Admissions 2019-20: Date to Apply for JNUEE Extended; Important Tips for Students

Jawaharlal Nehru University on 15th April announced the extension of the deadline for JNU entrance exam (JNUEE) & Combined Biotechnology Entrance Examination (CEEB) 2019-20. The application registration and submission for the exams have been extended from the earlier fixed 15th April deadline to 18th April, 2019.

Jawaharlal Nehru University on 15th April announced the extension of the deadline for JNU entrance exam (JNUEE) & Combined Biotechnology Entrance Examination (CEEB) 2019-20. The application registration and submission for the exams have been extended from the earlier fixed 15th April deadline to 18th April, 2019.

In addition, the University has also extended the deadline of payment of fee from 16th April to 19th April, 2019. Till 15th April, 2019, around 87,950 students had submitted the application forms and submitted the fees for JNUEE 2019-20. It is important to mention that for the very first time the university has received record number of applications for JNU entrance exam as compared to previous years.

The total number of students who had applied for JNU entrance exam for the Academic Years 2017 & 2018 were 51,818 & 69,605 respectively.

Tips to Prepare for JNU Entrance Exams 2019

Here are few tips for the students that will surely help them prepare for the entrance exam:

Firstly, candidates should collect all the details about the officially prescribed syllabus.

Then it is vital to make a time-table before you begin the actual preparation for JNU Entrance Exam 2019.

After that revise and practice from the best available reference books and study materials in the market.

Additionally practice from the previous year question papers to know more about the exam pattern.

Lastly, prepare short notes and revise them before the examinations.

Jawaharlal Nehru University has partnered with the National Testing Agency (NTA) in order to conduct Computer Based Entrance Test. The National Testing Agency has been assigned the task of managing application registration process & conducting all examinations. The task of post examination result processing & result announcement as well as JRF application registration will be conducted by JNU itself.
