Tea made of edible pure gold flakes was launched by an Assamese entrepreneur for Rs 2.5 lakh per kg. The golden drink, Swarna Panam, is a tea that promises absolute enjoyment. A tea mix produced from the finest delicate leaves of the best tea clones fashioned to perfection that contains fine petals of 24-carat edible gold and a rare Assam Black tea with honey undertones.
The Assam orthodox honey tea is produced by a master tea maker from Upper Assam who has made a name for himself in the specialty tea world and caused a stir in Europe by selling his tea for an outrageous cost. This exceptional orthodox tea is made from the most tender tea leaves from the greatest tea clones.
On May 21, which is International Tea Day, a tea start-up, Aromica Tea, released Swarna Panam, India's only golden tea with 24-carat gold.
Swarna Panam tea is packaged in a black box with a 100-gram ceramic white gold jar, a glass diffuser pot, a double-walled glass cup, and a bronze spoon. The box will set you back Rs 25,000.
"One cup of tea will provide a pleasant taste, while the edible 24-carat gold will provide a rich experience." The tea's flavor and quality are excellent, and it will undoubtedly provide you with an unusual experience. "We hope people enjoy this tea," Ranjit Baruah, director of Aromica Tea, stated.
"For this brand, we imported edible gold flowers from France and created a high-quality orthodox tea." Customers that enjoy tea and gold are our target market. We received 12 orders even before the product was out, which was quite encouraging. "We'll start exporting it soon," Baruah remarked.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Ranjit Baruah worked in the tea industry for nearly two decades. Aroma Tea now offers over 47 different value-added teas. Baruah made headlines lately when he announced the launch of a CTC tea named after Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky to "honor his gallantry and heroism" in the face of a Russian invasion. To counteract threatened biodiversity and climate change, he also introduced tea in the form of a plantable seed packet.
The limited-edition rare gold loose tea is perfect for luxury enthusiasts, and a sip of this exquisite tea promises to be calming and delicious.
