On 2nd November (Tuesday), National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) has invited online applications from the energetic young qualified Indian Nationals for recruitment to executive-level positions. All the interested & eligible candidates can apply for the mentioned posts from 3rd November 2021.
This recruitment drive is to fill 12 posts of Management Trainee (Marketing) & 12 posts of Management Trainee (HR) in the organization.
Eligibility Criteria for Management Trainee (Marketing)
The candidates need to have a minimum of 60% marks in full-time M.SC (Agriculture) with the specialization in any discipline or M.Sc. in the specialization in any discipline of Agriculture or a minimum of 60% marks in two years’ full-time MBA or PGDBM (Marketing/ Agri Business Marketing/ International Marketing/ Rural Management) recognized by the UGC/AICTE. Also, candidates need to have a full-time regular degree of B.Sc (Agriculture) with a minimum of 60% marks.
Eligibility Criteria for Management Trainee (HR)
The candidates need to have a minimum of 60% marks in 2 years full-time MBA/PG Degree or Diploma, from the Universities/Institutes recognized by the UGC/AICTE with the specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management/ HR.
Age Limit for the Management Trainee (Marketing) & a Management Trainee (HR)
The Candidates should not be less than 18 years & not more than 29years old.
Application Fee

Candidates who belong to the General, OBC & EWS category need to pay Rs 700 plus applicable bank charges as an application fee.

Candidates who belong to SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Department category candidates are exempted to pay any application fee.
