The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has finally announced the results date for class 10 and class 12 examinations. According to UPMSP, the results will be declared on April 27 at 12:30 pm.
The UP Board secretary Neena Srivastava is back in town and hence the result date has been announced. Due to the Lok Sabha elections, the state ministers are busy. Therefore, UP Board chairman and secretary will announce the result of both secondary and senior secondary examinations.
It is to be noted, that Students can check their result at the official websites- upmsp.edu.in, upresults.nic.in and upmspresults.up.nic.in.
More than 29 lakh students have appeared for the class 12 board exams and 31, 95,603 candidates had registered for the class 10 board exams this year. Due to strict anti-copying measures, 6.5 lakh students had quit the exams midway and 403 examinees were caught using unfair means, as per the UP board.
UP Board 10th, 12th results 2019: Ways to check
Candidates can check their result on the computer, mobile and via SMS. Students can SMS ‘UP12<space>roll number’ and send it to 56263 for class 12 result and type UP10roll number and send it to 56263 for class 10 results.
According to the data released by UPMSP, over 3 lakh students have skipped the High School and Intermediate exam this year.
However, last year, there were over 10.44 lakh students who had registered for their class 10 and class 12 exams had skipped due to strict security measures. Deputy Chief Minister, Dinesh Sharma claimed that 75% of these students were from other states.
