Applications are invited for 7882 posts of Lekhpal or accountants in the state of Uttar Pradesh. To fill up these posts, the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Council has sent a proposal to the Uttar Pradesh Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC). According to sources, the commission will soon issue a notice for the recruitment of these posts.
Recruitment of 1364 posts of Consolidation Accountant in Uttar Pradesh was announced on March 2019 which was cancelled later. The qualification of 12th pass was prescribed for this. This time also it is hoped that the educational qualification should remain the same and the age limit should be kept from 18 to 40 years, although the reserved classes will be given some relaxation as per rules.
How Selection will be Done?
Examination will be organized by the Uttar Pradesh Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC) for the recruitment to the posts of Consolidation Lekhpal, although its full schedule will come up after the notice for recruitment.
However, as per the earlier rules, there will be single written exam for the UPSSSC Lekhpal 2020. The exam will be multiple choice questions based. Candidates need to appear for the UPSSSC Lekhpal paper which consists of 100 question of 100 marks. There will be four sections in UPSSSC Lekhpal paper
