Age Limit- Maximum 45 years
Qualification Required:
Working Experience in communication, including design and compilation of IEC material, participatory rural appraisal, and Farmer field schools; and grass-roots experience, particularly working with farmers and Civil Society Organizations.
Agriculture Economist: Postgraduate in any discipline related to agriculture with at least 10 years of experience in agricultural economic analysis; should have solid technical knowledge of crop water requirements, agriculture market fluctuations and their impact on producers, computing economic rate of returns, and experience working with farmers and civil society organizations.
Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist: Postgraduate in Rural Management with at least 10 years of experience in monitoring and evaluating development progress for large projects; technical knowledge of monitoring and evaluation tools such as logical framework analysis (LFA), result-based framework (RBM), and Delivery Linked Assessment (DLA) is required (DLA).
Irrigation Specialist: Post-graduate in agriculture/irrigation engineering with at least 10 years of experience designing, field-testing, and marketing agriculture tools and implements; strong technical knowledge of agronomic practices, drudgery reduction agriculture equipment, and farm practices for irrigation efficiency and micro-irrigation.
