1. ORCON
This product contains clove oil, Potassium soap and sodium, salts especially for crops like Chillies, Okra, Tomato, Papaya, Cucurbits, Cotton, and Spices etc. It can be applied in dosage of 1 to 2ml/ 1 to 2 gm/ liter of water for the treatment of diseases like Leaf curl virus and yellow mosaic virus and many others diseases related to different crops. Orcon is an organic powder/ liquid, which outperforms chemical bactericides and virucides. It is available in bulk, private label and brands.
According to UAS Dharwad and MPKV Rahuri studies: Orcon spray recorded minimum Aletrnaria Leaf Blight and Tomato Leaf Curl Virus severity with maximum fruit yield.
2. ECOFIT
This product mainly targets Blasts, Leaf spot, Powdery mildew and downy mildew, early blight etc. on paddy, potato, tomato, and grapes. Spray once in 7-10 days for effective control. Dosage required is 2-3 gm/ 2-3 ml per litre of water.
According to UAS Bangalore & UAHS Shivamoga Studies: Ecofit was very effective in controlling Chilli Anthracnose and Powdery mildew and also recorded minimum Paddy Leaf blast, Paddy Neck Blast severity and maximum grain yield.
3. ACCON
Accon is for pest infestation. It contains Clove Oil (Eugenol) 00.50% w/v and Potassium Soap 99.50% v/v. Dosage required is 4 to 6 ml per litre of water.
According to UAS Dharwad & MPKV, Rahuri Studies: ACCON was found to be effective against Thrips, Rice blue beetle, Rice leaf folder and White backed plant hopper with significant increase in yields.
4. JAIVIZYME
This is a product that provides nutritional supplement to the crops. It contains - Potassium Humate 10.00 % w/v (min.) and Aqua media 90.00% v/v (max.). Dosage required is 2ml per litre of water.
According to UAS Dharwad Study: Significant increase in Growth, flowering and fruit set of Tomato was observed leading to increased yields with foliar spray of Jaivizyme 2ml/litre of water at 20, 35 and 50 days after transplanting.
According to UAS Bangalore Study: Influence of Jaivizyme on root growth, shoot growth and leaf area was accessed at seedling stage of development in 3 crops species – maize, soybean and cowpea. Effective in Improving Root Growth (by 36.9 to 50.5 percent), shoot growth (by 28.6 to 56.8 percent) and Leaf area development (by 17.1 to 61.7 percent) in Maize and cowpea at concentrations of 1.5ml per litre and 2ml per litre. Foliar application to the plants at early development stage, were effective in improving plant growth and development of photosynthetic surface area.
