930 Farmers Have Been Handed Warrants For Non-Payment of Loans
Regarding the non-payment of loans by the peasants, the Land Mortgage Bank issued warrants to over 930 defaulter farmers in the Ferozepur border district. Farmers' unions have promised to create a nuisance in order to prevent any debt-ridden farmers from being arrested.
