Coimbatore Corporation, Flower Traders Want to Renovate Old Market
The Coimbatore Corporation and flower merchants are looking at options to renovate the old flower market here. According to the flower market merchants, the old market had 28 stalls and 144 platform shops. They were "temporarily" relocated to a nearby new market. "We still have to pay rent for the old market," as per a trader. "There are so many traders now occupying space in front of the market, and many of those who had shops in the old market no longer have shops in the new market," one of the traders explained.

Vegetable Prices in Bengaluru Expected to Surge as Festival Season Approaches
Even though the market price of vegetables typically declines between July and August (the month of Ashada) in Bengaluru, this year's prices have increased during the past 10 days. Recent rains have caused crop loss and a decrease in supplies, which have raised prices. Traders predict that as we approach the festival and wedding seasons, prices will only continue to rise (month of Shravana starting July 29). "A few days ago, capsicum prices reached nearly ₹100 per kilo. Then it started to fall once again. It is currently between 80 and 85," a manager at HOPCOMS said.

Punjab's Agricultural Department Trying to Reduce Usage of Pesticides on Basmati Crop
The Punjab agriculture department is searching for alternate ways to decrease farmers' use of insecticides and pesticides on the premium rice crop and improve its acceptance in the global market as the sowing of the aromatic basmati is about to come to an end. The harvest season for basmati rice is from October to November, and the state department and PAU are anticipated to issue a warning over the use of alternative substances to combat unwanted weeds, pests, and insects that are attacking the crop.

Bayer signs an agreement with many foundations to promote women’s entrepreneurship
Bayer, Women International Management, Executive Network association and ZAKOURA Foundation sign a tripartite agreement to promote women’s entrepreneurship in the rural areas in Tunisia and Morocco. This partnership agreement will reinforce the commitment of the three institutions to rural women’s entrepreneurship. The first phase of this project aims at the establishment of a support mechanism, allowing both to boost entrepreneurship among 100 women and to finalize 40 projects with 50 girls and women of the Mohammedia province, Morocco.

FMC announces a deal for 200 million dollars
FMC Corp It’s one of the largest crop protection companies in the world which relies on selling synthetic chemical products for most of its business last year the company’s revenue in insecticides, herbicides and fungicides comprised 94% which was around 5 billion dollars but after Recognizing a growing demand for more sustainable crop protection, FMC recently announced a deal to buy Danish insect-control start-up BioPhero for 200 million dollars on this note Mark Douglas FMC’s president and chief executive, said ″You cannot be a chemical company in today’s world, and not be correctly linked to sustainability. ″ Farmers and the public ″are all interested in the technologies that have less of an impact.

IIM-A uses facial recognition technology for stray cows
An Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad study recommends a model using facial recognition technology for stray cows just to link them with donors to achieve GAU which is "Gai Aadharit Unnati," or cow-based development. And to tell you more about the working paper, authored by Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad faculty member Amit Garg and others, proposes linking stray cows that end up in shelters with donors using an Artificial Intelligence-based model for a self-sustainable cow-based economy.
