Specialty chemical company Anupam Rasayan India will invest 43 crore to set up a 12.5 megawatt solar power plant. "In a conscious move towards reducing dependence on non-renewable energy and cost saving measure. The company said the entire capital expenditure of Rs 43 crore will be funded from its IPO proceeds. APEDA: Export of organic products from India grew 51 % to a record $1.04 billion
APEDA Chairman says US and European Union are the major buyers as Indian products meet compliance norms, Export of organic products from India grew 51 % to a record $1.04 billion in dollar terms during the 2020-21 fiscal compared with the previous fiscal. The increase has come after organic products shipments dropped by 9 % to $689 million in 2019-20 from $757 million in 2018-19.

CFCL to wind up subsidiary firm Inuva Info Management
Chambal Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd said, it is voluntarily winding up its downstream subsidiary firm Inuva Info Management. This comes following permission by the Kolkata bench of National Company Law Tribunal in an order dated May 3 this year, NCLAT order has granted permission to "dissolve Inuva Info Management Pvt Ltd upon voluntary liquidation.
NCDEX average daily turnover more than quadrupled to Rs 2,905 crore
The National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, an agriculture-focused derivatives exchange, has reported that its average daily turnover more than quadrupled to 2,905 crore in April from 698 crore registered during the same month a year ago. Price of most agriculture commodities linked to the international market has hit a new high due to excess liquidity in the system. The exchange had captured over 80% market share in April despite the disruption cased by COVID-19 pandemic during the month.
