Another wave of Covid–19 is expecting and aggravating the fear among the public regarding the health catastrophe worldwide. In India, the world’s largest vaccination drive was launched on 16th January 2021 with the objective to initially cover the healthcare workers. Later, in February 2021, it was also expanded to cover front-line workers.

In India, under this drive, approximately 1.2 billion COVID-19 vaccines are administered to date. The available COVID–19 vaccines proved highly effective to develop antibodies eventually to fight against and win over the massive spread of pandemics.
