Some Easy Remedies To Get Quick Relieve From Back Pain

These days one of the most common health problem which is affecting people of all age is back pain and this problem has arised due to hectic lifestyle we all are living. It is very common in people older than 40-60 years and in older people. Many people experience back pain at some point in their lifetime because day-to-day activities and work time decreases with age. 

Symptoms of back pain  

  • Pain in the back.

  • Pain around the pelvis and hips.

  • Finding difficult to sit, stand or sleep. 

Some methods of prevention for back pain 

Massage 

  • This is one of the most common remedy used.

  • First take mustard oil in a steel bowl and put four buds of garlic every morning.

  • Then heat the bowl until the garlic buds turn black.

  • Then ask someone or with your own hands massage the waist with this oil when it cools down. 

  • This will help you to reduce inflammation and will give relieve to  back pain.

Holy Basil 

  • It is a wonderful herb which do not have only health benefits but also rescue us from suffering from back pain. 

  • Remove properly 8 to 10 basil leaves.

  • Take a bowl and put 8 to 10 basil leaves and then boil it.

  • Heat this water until it becomes half and then cool it to room temperature. 

  • Then add a pinch of salt. For mild pain, drink this mixture once daily. 

  • For severe pain, drink it twice daily.

Garlic paste 

  • Garlic is another useful ingredient that can help in treating back pain. 

  • I would recommend you to eat two to three cloves of garlic every morning on an empty stomach. 

  • If you do not like the taste of garlic You can also massage your back with garlic oil.

Steam off 

  • This is most simple remedy you can use to get relief from back pain.

  • For this take a bowl and fill it with you and add salt to it and then heat it.

  • Put a towel in it and squeeze it. 

  • Then, lie on your stomach and steam with a towel in place of pain. 

Apply ice 

  • If you have inflammation in your muscles, then apply ice to reduces inflammation in the muscles. 

  • If the pain is severe and you have no relief from ice, then apply a warm pad. 

How to avoid back pain 

  • Sit properly with upright position and walk straight.

  • Correct your posture.

  • Consume diet with rich in Vitamin D and C , Calcium, and Phosphorus.

  • Do daily exercise.
