AgMatrix is a social enterprise from Pune with an aim to promote livelihoods and prosperity through skill based training programs and placement services in Agricultural Sector across India.
AgMatrix bridges the Skill Gaps between our talented youth and Agri. Industries and rural sector by empowering students and unemployed youth through its wide network of training, placement & Internship opportunities. It complements academic education with the pre-employment training and capacity building programs with a view to groom fresh graduates and makes them ready for the industry.
AgMatrix has signed an MoU with MPKV to bridge gap between the Industry & Academia. The MoU with AgMatrix was signed by Dr. Ashok Pharande, Dean of MPKV in graceful presence of Dr. Masalkar, Associate Dean, Dr. B.N Pawar, Associate professor lABM) Dr. Pravin Dravid, (Ex.MD J.K. Agri. Genetics Ltd.) Advisor, AgMatrix.
Aim of the Association:
This joint venture will be fulfilling the gap between industry and academia. The main aim is to enable a continuous learning framework leading to training and Development in Agriculture Sector.
These types of capability building and skilling programs prepare Agriculture students to embrace technology and innovative solutions which in turn will enable them for better career opportunities in Agribusiness and Agripreneurships.
This association will encourage upskilling, Career Guidance, Campus engagement and Placement Assistance for students of 50+ Colleges of Agriculture, affiliated under Mahatma Phule Agriculture University, Maharashtra for enabling industry readiness in Agriculture Sector.

The Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri is a university established on March 29, 1968. It became operational in October 1969. Thirty-three kilometers to the south is Ahmednagar city and fifty kilometers to the north is Shirdi. Newasa, land of saint Dnyaneshwar is 33 km from Rahuri.
