Selection Process
- Written Test: The choice will be made solely on the basis of merit. The selection process will include a written test, a skills test (if necessary), and an interview. The final merit will be determined by the marks obtained in the written test, skills test, and interview (including skill test).
- Skill Test: The skill test will be held, and the results will be added to the overall score. If the number of applications received in response to the advertisement is large and it is
not convenient or possible to arrange the examination for all candidates, the Board of Directors has the authority to limit the number of candidates to a reasonable number based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed minimum essential qualifications. The selection board will call for interviews to only those candidates who have been shortlisted based on their performance in the written examination and the mandatory practical test.
